You set the ZyXEL to Bridge Mode while hooked up to a single PC. Then put the single PC into the Netgear LAN port 1 and the Netgear WAN port into the DSL Modem Ethernet port. Now then you would setup your Netgear to handle PPPoE with only your Earthlink Username (full email address) and Password. All optional fields you leave blank or at their default values like "Service Name", "Host Name, "Domain Name". Finally add custom DNS IPs and Apply the changes.
