Mengapa laptop tak detect modem zte zxdsl 831?
Sebelum format laptop, saya dapat connect internet seperti biasa, tetapi bila dah format, tak boleh nak connect internet dan laptop tak detect modem. Saya cuba kat laptop yang lain dan boleh detect modem, laptop satu lagi pula bermasalah. Beritahu penyelesaianya, terima kasih.

 Maksud anda tidak jelas, detect modem means ada LAN connection dari laptop ker modem atau sebaliknya? Adakah anda pasti NIC anda pada laptop yang baru di format berfungsi dengan betul?
