Everything worked but each time got 2 messages dumped on voicemail box both 0 length 1 was the recording one was blank.  Recorded message would delete ok blank I had submit trouble tickets on.  First one was on Jan 22 second on May 8th.  <br><br>They don't seem to want to address the problem just clear the bad message and go on.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1256700"><b>kelemvor</b></A> : Would a soft phone let me pick up a call in progress that I'm talking to on my regular phone or would I have to have answered the phone with the soft phone program?<br><br>The reason I ask is I don't normally ever plan on needing to record a call to know to use *99 or the Soft Phone but once I'm in the middle of a call the need might arise.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1152407"><b>Nate425</b></A> : You can record outgoing calls (not incoming though).  Once the call is connected, it doesn't go through viatalk's servers anymore, so they can't record incoming calls.<br><br>Just press *99 followed by the 11 digit number (don't wait for the dialtone in between).  It'll then show up in your voicemail inbox I think.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1256700"><b>kelemvor</b></A> : I know this has been requested for a long time but is there any way to record a call?  I've started receiving harassing phone calls from a collections agency for something that doesn't exist and I'd like to record them.<br><br>Or can I at least record if I call them?<br><br>Should be pretty simple that if I press a certain button on the phone, it can interrupt the conversation with a recording that says "This call is now being recorded" and then go on from there.<br><br>Thanks.]]></description>
