You can record outgoing calls (not incoming though). Once the call is connected, it doesn't go through viatalk's servers anymore, so they can't record incoming calls.

Just press *99 followed by the 11 digit number (don't wait for the dialtone in between). It'll then show up in your voicemail inbox I think.
