Sounds like you have a marginal line causing an intermittent issue. Have you tried calling in to support yet? calgary_mike @telus.net	reply to calgary_mike Thanks for the info guys. I'll probably end up calling a tech in, but I like to have as much info as I can before I do. Today I had major problems keeping synch with my Thompson modem. So I switched to the Siemens, and it worked just fine. I'm almost positive it's not a defective Thompson, since I had another Thompson with the same issue. I was wondering if anyone knew of a de-synch issue that might be present on the Thompson, but not on the Siemens?
