Re: trying to connect to a server running in network from in met SO the game server does not allow acces from a public ip loopback but does allow acces from an external ip.... strange... is there a way to resolve this issue or am i stuck?
i can't understand how this would happen... how are you supposed to admin a game server if you can't acces it from the network its running on when it's live on the net... you can access the game server form the machine that its running on, if its not live, but you can't access the game server from other systems on the same network wheter it's live or not... so frustrated to be this close to running this thing and being stuck now... |

| kk thanks we just tested something and with the server running when i attempt to connect it shows me connected to the server however on my end it sticks at "Logging in to Game Server" ... So this seems like im stuck with dealing with the admins for the server program that we are running that won't answer any of our questions we post... they answer every other question on the forum except for the questions we post... i'm so damned frustrated right now.....ughh!!!!!! |
