But QWEST bought a law prohibiting the people from doing it efficiently.
Always like the folks who claim they have the "best interest of the people" at heart when opposing taxpayer mandated systems which "can not work", but then the companies they support are paying lots of bribes and lawyers to prevent what can't work???? -- I am not lost, I find myself every time.
