[AB] Great upload/download bad ping?

IM a little confused the past few days I have been trouble with my ping. My upload and download are both great, I get 18 down, about 915 up, but my ping is alot higher, its always been 79-84 on shaw website, and now its up to 110-130? What can be causing this?

 Need more details. Do you have a router? Are you wireless? Is it your router or the person across the street?

Tracert is more informative because it can show you where the actual latancy is occuring

Command is

tracert whatever.com

Run some of those and then post
