I use a powered USB hub where I plug my MJ in. I recently moved the USB port where the hub plugs in. When I restarted my computer, I got the error 401 message and tried rebooting several times with no luck in solving the problem. I ran the "update" utility from MJ's webpage and that immediately solved the problem.
