Please, check on *FAQ* and *COMMUNITY* forum, there are many threads regarding VOIP settings.
Question 2. Send an e-mail to support@acanac.com and ask about phone ID settings. I believe, it should be no problem display to be changed in server side if your ATA setting could not create the wanted display to the opposite side. Thanks -- We Rock
