How do I set my MTU setting to 1364 or higher? (Xbox Live)

Hello everyone, I'm posting this because I was just about to go on xbox live, and then suddenly , it disconnected me, I tested the connection, it turns out that my MTU settings are lower that 1364 and I need to set it to auto, or put it higher. So I'm trying to get the steps on how to do it. But, it says to go to my router configuration page. Which I don't know what that is! Please help! ASAP

By the way, I have a 2wire router+modem built in, from at&t.
