Apparently, the only way to be "pro-American" is to pay up front for the media, pay for the Internet connection, pay for the bandwidth of every hop in between you and the server, watch every last commercial, buy everything in said commercials, etc. etc.
How much farther from reality can these talking suits get before they simply cease to exist?
