You clearly flunked basic business class. All taxes, fees, overhead or whatever imposed on corporations are passed directly to the consumer in the form of higher prices. Raise the USF on them and watch your bill go up.
The USF needs to be abolished. Then there won't be any concerns about how badly the money is spent.
