Part of the local drug wars between two drug families in Halifax I would assume....

canada		 You are probably right.
I worry about my wife,she works in the north end at Northwood. Due to the labour shortage she ends up working 12hr. and 16hr. shifts,so she is walking to her car at all hours of the night.
