I've placed the Ooma box in the wiring closet with my 20/5 ONT, and wired it's output into my home phone wiring. It's worked perfectly, good quality voice, no hassles, and it behaves just like a POTS line as far as I can tell. I ported my old landline # ($40 or included if you pay for Premiere service for a year) and no one has even noticed that it's VoIP.

I'm happy to answer any Ooma questions, I'm a big fan now, and it's a perfect fit with my FiOS Flex TV/Internet bundle.

I dropped my phone and added my verizon cell phone which they took. No problem.

Also I was with Sprint for 8 years. Switched to Verizon first of last year. MUCH better coverage.

- yea right now we only have one line so we don't need VOIP service, we're paying some 20 bucks a month for phone service.

We are currently getting a 3 for 2 bundle discount. total price 132 dollars / month includes 2 extra international channels (10 bucks each) + DVR (15 some dollars) 20/5 internet + some features on the main phone line.

Like what the support page says...Onesuite will only provide support to Onesuite softphone or labeled equipments if theres any. I think Onesuite is compatible with most softphones out there and also with ATA devices. As others have posted herein, almost any VOIP will work well with FIOS. I had Verizon VoiceWIng until it ceased operation so I switched to Vonage. Both were excellent with my 20/5 service.
