At least AT&T makes some attempt to offer services consistently across its footprint.   TWC doesn't even offer speeds consistently across the LA market. TWC?  I don't expect TWC to be in any rush.  They've had the same old speed tiers for several years now, and I can't remember when TWC last bumped up the upload speeds.  The tier just below "turbo" has been stuck on 384K for FOREVER.  I know a lot of people that are dumping TWC for U-verse because of that.]]></description>

Here in Raleigh, NC the only competition is Time Warner Cable.  TWC's top "turbo" speed is 10Mbps down and 512Kbps up...so AT&T U-verse blows them away.]]></description>
