| Comcast Sucks Dumped them for Fios. I've reset my Fios router once in 2 years. On Comcast, I was on the phone with their support every six weeks.
When you've got an inferior product, the only thing logical to do is to use marketing to downplay your opponent.

By the way, the DirecTV (contracted) installers were great. Knew what they were doing, showed up on time, got the job done right and cleaned up when they left. In 10 degree F temperatures. Comcast should take a lesson. |

I've run into some quality DBS installers. Then I've run into some who would make these Comcast guys look good.
I just install DBS myself these days.

kudos:1 | I would have gone with a dish had Fios not been so close. I've waited this long, I don't want to lock in with a dish and then not be able to do a triple play with Verizon.
Our town is split between 2 different CO's. One side has it, the other doesn't. Everyone on the other side of town loves it.
