uhh yeah, if you have contracted or sub-contracted someone who not only is under investigation for rape/murder (»Comcast Contractor Held For Double Murder) but does it again. Yeah, your practices need to be re-evaluated.
There is a different between shit happening and not giving a shit or being dumb as shit. Like not double checking your work, not checking for buried lines, or not checking the other side of what you're drilling through?
