Alexandria VA timing out middle of June

The DSL is taking a very long time so it times out with specific link to Outlook Web Access on Exchange server 2003 for work email.
This happens whether WiFi or via direct Ethernet connection to Cable / hub. It happens in Windows Vista and with MacOS X.

Re: Alexandria VA timing out middle of June

Which AT&T service do you actually have? I don't think Virginia is considered part of AT&T Northeast (pretty much just Connecticut), nor even AT&T Southeast (seems to only go as far north as North Carolina). I am guessing, "AT&T Worldnet Service DSL"? Which is Covad resold. There is a Covad forum at DSLR, but no ATTW forum, that I am aware of.

You thought right. Virginia is Verizon territory. The incumbent in that area is Verizon Virginia.
