I have fixed the error on my thin client now. I never had the error on my desktop. I went through and deleted all the MJ files and started from scratch. It showed the dongle on the screen showing downloading for a few minutes then showed the lucky you upgrading screen. It wanted to have me reregister for a moment until my phone number appeared on the top of the softphone. I verified my email and password and it's worked great since. I had to redo my voicemail message but that was it. MJ tech support was pretty useless for me in this department but at least they were friendly. I hope this helps. I had them reset my account twice the other day and this fixed it only until I restarted my thin client. It's working great now so I'm done messing with it or at least until the next upgrade. |
