Yucaipa, CA | I was one of those techs About 4 years ago.. I made some mistakes, but nothing even close to that... My guess is that he was drilling from the inside out, and failed to look what was on the outside!! I've seen alot of people make this mistake..
This doesn't surprise me though. When I was a contractor for them, not only was I treated like dirt, But the people I worked with were not professional... The in-house techs, however, seemed to get treated much better and get the easiest jobs... And then just toss out all the "suck" jobs to the contractors....
