That would be nice, higher speeds at a reasonable price.

But, I'm confused- at first it seems that everyone will notice some increase in speed, even if it's not a large increase.

Then, it implies that you must get an upgrade to get any increase in internet speed at all. Which is it?

It would be like Verizon to say that all customers will get some type of increase, around this weekend. Then, require that folks do the CSR song and dance to get it.

If it works like it did last year at this time, existing customers will have to call and ask for the upgrade.
