Everyone uses retarded contracted labor, Cable AND Telco. When Verizon cabled up FioS here in the LBC the contractor:
1. Backed into the telephone with his truck so hard that I thought the power lines were going to come off the pole.
2. Walked into the neighbors back yard unannounced, then left the gate open when he left, letting the dog got out. The dog was found wondering around the neighborhood later, luckily not getting run over.
3. Left exposed fiber on the laying on my side yard and my front lawn.
4. They also climbed each pole with these huge ass logging boots with 3" spikes. All of the poles in the neighborhood look like porcupines now, and the kids that touch the poles get even nastier splinters.
...and other retarded things as well. I was so pissed at the time I swore I would never get FioS. But come on, let be real here. |
