I used to agree

I have given several good reviews of Comcast, but the last couple of days I've had outages of several hours. Tech support tried the usual, then said to switch out the modem. Still didn't work. A service call was scheduled, but later that night it started working, so I cancelled the call. Again today, out it went. I wonder what's going on - no storms or anything. I'm in Powhatan, VA.
