When I had Brighthouse come out and install a new run for a cable modem, I already had the hole drilled in the wall for the new cable. I didn't want them punching through any outlets or the like.
The guy who came out had just started doing installs that day. Was supposed to be there at 3pm, didn't show till around 6pm. Pretty much had to show him what to do.
