I sent email to ZyXEL USA tech support on May 26th, an engineer asked for additional information which I sent immediately, and then he never replied.<br><br>On ZyXEL forum that would be embarrassing, and obvious to anyone that ZyXEL failed to followup with customer. With private email/phone communication ZyXEL can hide from public when it doesn't followup with customer.]]></description>

People go to forum to seek for help and hopefully answer. So the question is if you can get your question answered in ZyXEL forum.<br><br>If you really need to get hold of a ZyXEL engineer, you can send email or call their customer service number. Their contact info can be find easily.<br><br>Not to mention ZyXEL is not the only company who host an official forum yet clearly stated they won't actively participate in the forum.]]></description>
