Re: Massive price drop on Extreme 50/10 tier!
That happened to me as well: today, I was really surprised that my bill was only about $107 (there was a late fee on it, since I was a few months behind, but I managed to pay it 100% a few days before the new statement).
I had to see the statement to believe what I was seeing: I was paying about $144 a month before, not $107, so it surprised me.
Why did they do this? Does this mean they're downgrading the service, such as putting a low cap with high charges, or slowing down the service, or something like that?
P.S., I don't have TV or telephone with Comcast. I considered a bundle for TV, but since I never use TV and there was no discount for it, I didn't get it. Now that there's a discount, I might get the basic TV bundle for the same price. Anyone tell me why I get it for $99.95 when I only have Internet?
