sonicmerlin join:2009-05-24 Cleveland, OH	Well it's kind of necessary to have someone who understands the intricacies of the law system in charge of the FCC. At the same time what you hope is that he surrounds himself with technology savvy experts and listens to them for advice in setting policy.
