Zywall SSL 10 PPPOE problem

I am trying to connect the zywall ssl 10 through pppoe connection but it does not establish the connection! As soon as I put another device using pppoe with the same modem and username, it will work.

N.B. I am connecting the modem with the WAN port of the zywall.

Have anyone experience this below? Are there any suggestion what can I do to solve this problem?
