Only if your contract has run out. I really am tired of people pissing and moaning and missing a really simple concept. 3G users are under contract, a contract that doesn't permit them to upgrade to a new contract.

Even if it did, do you think people would accept what essentially is now 2+ whatever is remaining on their existing contract?
