Must be bandwidth concerns

It must be bandwidth or billing concerns, because if you know how to manipulate your iPhone, you can get tethering working right now with no jailbreak.

I can do that with my Moto Q9C easy-peasy. They have stopped neutering the "Internet Sharing" application in WM6.1 lately.
