I can't be annoyed at iPhone users on contract who want to upgrade because AT&T never offered a 1 year contract option. If they did and people still chose the 2 year contract, then I would be on AT&T's side. Seriously though, iPhone contracts are extremely unfair. You're not even allowed to sign up for 2 year contracts in Europe.
