| Lack of Oxygen causes Brain Damage.  The lack of Oxygen at the top of the ivory towers have caused the ISP Executives brain damage and lack of logic. They forget that most local telephone service is flat rate and unlimited. Unlike a switched connection a TCP/IP connection does not tie up a path through the network. Those executives need to get their screws tightened. Give Eric Massa a thumbs up for me. |
