Win 7 has the same TCP/IP stack as Vista. Those phantom "tweaks" are just snake oil.

If the first one, in just about all case, they recommend the default Vista setting.

If the second one, those registry tweak do not do Jack.

That's discouraging. I was wondering the same thing since I switched from xp my speeds are pretty slow.
