Re: Slow speed with 3000/512 Plan

Thanks for sending over your contact information. It looks like the due date for your upgrade to the 1500-3000/384-512 package was slated for today. For approximately the first ten business days you are on that package the line on the AT&T side will go through an automatic ramp up process. Your line will initially be provisioned at the 1984/512 speed tier and over the course of the ramp up, go to the highest tier it can hold without losing sync. Go ahead and give it a few days to allow the automated process to run its course on the AT&T side and then we can take another look.

Thanks

Hi George, it's been just over 10 days from my first post and I'm still getting ~1600/500 speeds. I'm wondering if you can check on the ramping up process for me please. Thank you.

Hi Thejax

Please give our support team a call at 866-491-7221. They can test the line and see if it is able to hold a higher sync rate without losing sync. Unfortunately I am currently out of the office and am unable to open that for you.

Thanks
