Can definitely lower that pricing however as Rocky said you would need to switch carriers - well he didn't say that exactly but I know what he meant. Qwest are sub $800 for a 3M and sub $1200 for a 4.5M but that is without the router. Pricing is based on the address and NPA NXX you gave - please note that Qwest don't like installing to a residence - it can get through but sometimes they kick it back
