Frontier must use the same glasses that Verizon uses, because if verizon sees a lack of profit then why doesn't frontier see this same deficiency.
Also...if I'm reading this correctly, once the suspension lifts, doesn't Frontier take possesion anyway? Read 2nd paragraph...at the end. So by my reading, the suspension acts as a rubber stamp.
