<description><![CDATA[S_engineer posted : Frontier must use the same glasses that Verizon uses, because if verizon sees a lack of profit then why doesn't frontier see this same deficiency.<br><br>Also...if I'm reading this correctly, once the suspension lifts, doesn't Frontier take possesion anyway?<br>Read 2nd paragraph...at the end.
