General equipment information

Since their no general forum witch we can ask question about difference equipment listed here. I thought this would be the place. If not please tell me were I can post this message.

My question involves in comparison between similar functions on hardware product. Comparison on the company support and peoples suggestions on their product. I need truth and honest advice.

I found these product on the web that had almost the same functions. Is their others?

Let's start with these two products:

CISCO/LINKSYS RVS4000
NETGEAR PROSECURE UTM25

Can anyone tell me advice and satisfaction with the performance and costumer support between these two products?
