Really slow here as well, more than likely their server are massively oversold and overloaded, which is pretty common with shared hosts. Contact them and see about a refund due to terrible service. I doubt you parents have port 80 open on their connection unless its a business connection, as well you will spend more electricity powering the computer for the websites than you would paying for the hosting.

twizlar, I've contacted them about it. Strangely, willmakeitwork.com loads immediately now. Hmm, wonder if they gave me more bandwidth or something since I made the ticket. On the other hand, spacegazelle.com (same as sg.willmakeitwork.com) doesn't load immediately, but it's only a 2-3 second wait. Before, it took about 10 seconds for both domains to load.

The FatCow support told me run in cmd "tracert (domainname) ".

What exactly does this do? I ran it, but I can't copy the output. How do I copy output from command prompt?
