<description><![CDATA[ViviTheMage posted : The tracert just tells you your latencies at all of the hops toa  destination, in your case your website.<br><br>They are trying to determine if it's a network issue, or a server issue. I ping 40~ or so to the web server, and it still loads slow, so imo it's a server issue.<br><br>To copy lines from CMD prompt, you can right click on the blue bar where it says 'Command Prompt' , go hover over EDIT, and left click on mark. <br><br>Now just use your curser to drag an area around what you want to copy off. Now right click that blue bar up top again and hover over EDIT, and left click copy. <br><br>Now you can paste into an email, or whatever you wanted to paste it into.<br><br>That's how I do it, if there is another way, someone else chim in :P.<br><small>--<br>&raquo;<A HREF="http://vivicalhosting.com" >vivicalhosting.com</A> - Affordable web hosting<br></small>]]></description>

Hmm, wonder if they gave me more bandwidth or something since I made the ticket. On the other hand, spacegazelle.com (same as sg.willmakeitwork.com) doesn't load immediately, but it's only a 2-3 second wait. Before, it took about 10 seconds for both domains to load.<br><br>The FatCow support told me run in cmd "tracert (domainname) ".<br><br>What exactly does this do? Contact them and see about a refund due to terrible service.
