I suggested that they move the PPP connection to the modem, but not sure how the PC looks behind it with respect to IP, DNS, GW, etc.... actually, they have a Dlink 615 WAP/router sitting there - that we should just configure and get running for WAP and PPP/DSL. I'll find out tomorrow what they want to do....

Doctor Olds I Need A Remedy For What's Ailing Me. Premium,VIP join:2001-04-19 1970 442 W30 kudos:17	I agree with setting up the Modem as either a Bridge or with PPP running elsewhere (on PC or Router) and then setup the Router to handle the PPPoE for them so that the PC behind the Router becomes protected by NAT/NAPT. -- What’s the point of owning a supercar if you can’t scare yourself stupid from time to time?
