So, maybe this installer should've drilled more holes to hit a water line and maybe put the fire out. lol
His drill lost power for some reason!
And when he called tech support, he heard this: "Just disconnect the cable modem for 60 seconds, remove the router temporarily, reboot all the computers in the house, and the drill should start working again."
