The rep here on BBR's Verizon Direct was the only one to follow up. Apparently I am unable to fully access verizon.com without a land line. Interesting in that Verizon set me up with this new login in January, after I terminated the line. He got me setup on Verizon.net without a phone number. I couldn't be sure from either site that my check was posted. It cleared my bank on 6-15 so I called to make sure it was properly applied. As usual, I was miss-routed by Verizon's IVR. A rep transferred me to a que that eventually delivered this recording ... all reps are currently busy handling other customers. Please call back at another time... then hung up on me.
I did discover that I could go to make a 1 time payment and get a $0.00 due.
I propose every Verizon executive annually be assigned a sample problem and be required to navigate this inane system until the problem is resolved.
