There is no software to install, no USB cable to use and the User Guide (attached to the top of this post and ready to download above by clicking on the link named "CT5361T_A3.3.pdf") shows that you simply have to login to the Modem using your Web Browser after initially setting your PC up with a Static Private LAN IP. The detailed instructions start at Page 19 in the above attached User Guide.
