Re: Wrong aspect ratio on channel 11 - Dish SD. Other providers? I have comcast in Glen Ellyn and put on channel 11. There is barney and the picture has black boxes around the edges. A icon saying WTTW HD came up for a few seconds. I wonder if wttw isn't giving cable and dish providers a sd feed and dish/comcast/att/etc. have to use the hd feed and convert it to sd. I don't know how att uverse, directv, or wide open west do it though.
The rest of the locals appear fine, but i don't use the sd feeds. Just the hd feeds.
