Hamilton, OH | I think it's just more posturing. I saw somewhere that Bernie is now in favor of dropping the budget caps. He knows that F1 needs Ferrari, and to a lesser extent McLaren and the others. I still think they'll work something out. There's a meeting of some sort on Wednesday with the World Motor Sport Council. Maybe if they throw Max out, things can move forward.
