No. System wide.
The all digital areas already got the premium movie channels and along with Planet Green, Style, QVC, NBA and Outdoor Network.
The rest of their systems will get the above, plus the "real new" channel Cartoon Network, TruTV, MSNBC, TCM and Big Ten whch have yet to be added anywhere on Cablevision. | |

Time Warner has 104.
Verizon FIOS has 116.
Comcast has as few as 21 HD channels or more depending on the system one is on but doesn't come even remotely close to Time Warner.
DirecTV claims to have over 130 but it's hard to nail down an exact number. | |

[EDIT] The old 4:3 films they're showing now definitely look a bit sharper and clearer on TCM-HD. There are a couple of widescreen ones on later (Dr. Zhivago and Bridge on the River Kwai). I'm curious to see how they look. | |

1 edit | Here's a screenshot of "Dr. Zhivago". It appears to be OAR (probably 2.35:1) and on my 16:9 HDTV (with no stretch or zoom) it's letterboxed and a bit pillarboxed as well. It appears to be of DVD quality and probably not HD.
I'll keep watching...
