[DIRECTV] slimline directv multi switch error

ddahlman @verizon.net	[DIRECTV] slimline directv multi switch error I switched from standard to HD dish. My dish has four cables coming out of it. It is a slimline dish. Only one of the cables is running to my receiver and on some channels I get a picture for a second then it says I have a multi switch problem. how do I resolve that problem.
