Transparency Help

Can someone please make this transparent so that it looks good on a black background as far as the edges? Thanks in advance.

 Thanks. Myself and a few other people in the town I live in were tired of our own Visitor's Bureau not posting events until the day before they happened or not at all sometimes so we started this site. Hopefully it will get used.
